JOB OVERVIEW

Voke is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer men's hair wellness brand based in the US. We sell a natural DHT-blocking supplement (Pumpkin Seed Oil softgels) that helps men stop hair loss without the side effects of prescription drugs. We run lean, move fast, and operate fully remote via Slack.

We're looking for a Senior Dispute Manager to own our chargeback and payment dispute operations end-to-end. This is a full-time role with real ownership, you won't be filing tickets, you'll be building and running the process.

What You'll Own

Managing and resolving all chargebacks and payment disputes across our payment processors
Building and maintaining dispute response templates, evidence packages, and win-rate tracking
Monitoring chargeback ratios and flagging risk before it becomes a threshold issue
Working directly with our payment processors to represent disputes and protect revenue
Identifying patterns in dispute reasons and feeding insights back to the team (fulfillment, CS, ad claims)
Requirements

Proven experience managing payment disputes and chargebacks — this is non-negotiable
Deep hands-on experience with PayPal disputes (required)
Strong understanding of chargeback reason codes, representment strategy, and evidence documentation
Comfortable working async and remotely across time zones
Detail-oriented and proactive, you catch problems before they escalate
Bonus

Experience with Payarc is a strong plus
