JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Virtual Assistant for our local residential cleaning business to handle inbound and outbound calls for new Thumbtack leads.

This role is focused on responding to new thumbtack leads immediately, ideally within 1 minute, calling the customer right away, qualifying the lead, and booking appointments. We are specifically looking for someone who already has deep knowledge of Thumbtack and fully understands how the platform works, how leads come in, and how fast follow-up impacts booking rates.

Schedule availability must be at least 8 AM to 5 PM PST, with the option for longer hours as well. Coverage may be needed Monday through Sunday.

Requirements:
• Deep experience using Thumbtack for local service businesses
• Must understand how Thumbtack leads work and how to respond fast
• Able to call new leads within 1 minute whenever possible
• Strong experience with outbound sales and appointment setting
• Strong English and confident phone communication
• Able to qualify leads and turn them into booked appointments
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable handling a high-speed lead flow
• Cleaning business or similar home service experience strongly preferred
