JOB OVERVIEW

If you are looking for a mundane, punch-the-clock job, please skip this post.

We are a fast-moving, 3-founder startup (current YC Spring applicants) building Nexeo.ai — an ambitious AI-driven visibility and optimization platform. We are leaving traditional, clunky data dashboards in the past and building an intuitive, blazing-fast, “Apple-level” expert workspace. This is not just a gig — we are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber who will grow with us, push the limits of what is possible, and build the best possible experiences in today’s world.
We do not care about your age, your years of corporate experience, or your formal degrees. We care about your slope. If you are hungry, detail-obsessed, and driven to build something world-class, we want you.

About the Company

Angry Digital Inc. is a US-based AI technology company building Nexeo.ai — an AI Search Intelligence platform for digital agencies. We also operate ATL Rank ( ---------- ), a business intelligence publication covering Atlanta’s business ecosystem, and produce the Angry Digital Podcast. We’re a fast-moving founding team looking for a content operator who can run our marketing engine daily.

The Role:

You’ll be the hands that keep our content machine running every single day. We have the strategy, the editorial frameworks, the brand guidelines, and the distribution playbooks already built. What we need is a disciplined operator who can execute consistently: researching articles, preparing drafts, scheduling social posts, cutting podcast clips, assembling newsletters, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You’re not creating strategy from scratch — you’re executing it at a high level, every single day.

Core Responsibilities:

-Manage the editorial calendar in ClickUp — track deadlines, move tasks through stages, ensure nothing slips
-Research and prepare first-draft articles for ATL Rank following the editorial playbook and AEO/GEO optimization framework
-Schedule and manage social media posts across LinkedIn (company + personal profiles) and X/Twitter
-Cut short-form video clips from podcast episodes (15–60 seconds) for social distribution
-Assemble weekly newsletter editions using approved templates and published articles
-Upload and format articles in WordPress (Hostinger, Spotlight theme) with proper ---------- markup
-Create basic graphic assets in Canva for social posts, article headers, and podcast promotion
-Monitor content performance metrics and compile weekly reports
-Coordinate distribution after each article publish (social posts, featured-company notifications, IndexNow)

Required Skills & Experience:

-2+ years in content marketing, social media management, or marketing operations
-WordPress experience — can create posts, format content, add images, manage categories and tags
-Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, or native scheduling on LinkedIn/X)
-Basic video editing for short-form clips (Adobe, Final Cut, Descript, CapCut, or similar)
-Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or proficiency in any industry-grade tool for social graphics and article headers
-Strong English writing — can follow a brand voice guide and produce clean first drafts
-Detail-oriented with the ability to follow editorial SOPs and checklists
-Comfortable managing multiple content streams simultaneously without dropping tasks
-Reliable internet and willingness to work with some US ET overlap (minimum 3–4 hours)

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

-Experience with SEO fundamentals (meta titles, descriptions, heading structure, internal linking)
-Familiarity with ---------- structured data or JSON-LD
-Podcast production experience (audio editing, show notes, episode uploads)
-Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for research and content acceleration
-Newsletter platform experience (Beehiiv, Mailchimp, ConvertKit)

Compensation & Details:

Salary: USD $410.00–$660.00/month depending on experience
Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible with minimum 3–4 hour US ET overlap
Location: 100% Remote (Philippines-based)
Benefits: 13th-month pay, performance bonuses tied to content KPIs, clear growth path to Marketing Operations Manager as we scale

How to Apply:

Send your resume, a link to 2–3 writing samples (blog posts, articles, or social copy you’ve written), and a short Loom video (under 3 minutes) walking through one content workflow you managed end-to-end — show us your process, not just the output. Bonus points if your Loom shows your actual screen and tools, not just a talking head.
Applications without writing samples and a Loom video will not be reviewed.
