We are a growing HVAC changeout-focused company serving customers across Oklahoma and Arkansas. We are looking for a highly motivated Remote Sales Representative with strong phone sales skills to handle inbound and outbound leads, schedule estimates, and close deals.
In this role, you will be responsible for contacting leads, qualifying prospects, scheduling appointments for field estimators, and handling virtual estimates for remote customers. You will also prepare and present quotes, follow up consistently, and help drive revenue by closing deals.
This is a full-time remote position with a compensation structure that includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses for closed deals.
Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with inbound and outbound leads
• Perform cold calling and outreach to generate new opportunities
• Schedule estimates for field technicians and estimators
• Conduct virtual estimate coordination with customers
• Prepare and present HVAC quotes using Jobber and GoHighLevel
• Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture and close leads
• Track communication and pipeline in CRM systems
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth job flow
Requirements:
• Proven experience in phone sales, appointment setting, or closing
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience with Jobber and GoHighLevel (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
• HVAC industry experience is a major plus
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
