**Generalist Operator – Digital Marketing & Business Ops**

**About This Role**

NexMove Holdings is a US-based digital holding company building multiple online revenue streams simultaneously — affiliate marketing, e-commerce, digital products, TikTok shops, paid ads, and more. We are in our founding stage and growing fast.

We are hiring our very first team member — a smart, hungry, versatile operator who can wear multiple hats, execute without hand-holding, and grow into a senior role as we scale. This is not just a job. This is a founding team position.

**What You Will Own**

- Affiliate marketing — research and promote high-commission offers on ClickBank, Impact, and ShareASale using content and paid traffic
- Paid ads — run and test small-budget campaigns on Meta and TikTok, find winning creatives, report what converts
- Content strategy — identify trending hooks and formats, guide content output across platforms, know what the algorithm rewards right now
- E-commerce support — assist with TikTok Shop launches, product research, UGC briefs, and basic store operations
- Outreach campaigns — execute cold email, SMS/text blast, and cold call outreach for lead generation and partnership prospecting
- Funnel setup — build basic landing pages, set up link tracking, manage email capture so every piece of content leads somewhere profitable
- Daily intelligence brief — each morning, deliver a short report on trending offers, competitor ads, and new opportunities
- Operations and project management — keep tasks moving, manage tools, make sure nothing falls through the cracks

**What We Are Looking For**

- Strong written and spoken English — you will communicate with US clients and audiences
- Experience with affiliate marketing, paid ads, content creation, or outreach (self-taught counts)
- Comfortable with cold outreach — email, SMS blasts, and cold call experience is a big plus
- Fluent with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude and uses them daily to multiply output
- Self-directed and proactive — you do not wait to be told what to do
- Available to overlap with US Central Time, ideally 5:00 AM–9:00 AM CST for daily sync
- Reliable internet and a quiet working environment
- Hungry to grow — you want a career, not just a paycheck
