JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for Bookkeeping services (ongoing) Tax Prep a plus, video editing a plus, business management a plus.

I'm AJ, I run a U.S.-based LLC (video production + marketing) and my books need cleaning up. Looking for someone to get them current and then stay on part-time.

What I need:

? One-Time Cleanup (est. 15–20 hrs)
12 months of transactions in QuickBooks Online. Light volume for the first 8 months, heavier toward the end (~$50K revenue / $50K expenses in the last 4–5 months). Categorize, reconcile, get it clean.

? Ongoing (est. 5–8 hrs/month)
Monthly bookkeeping, reconciliation, expense tracking. Long-term role for the right person.

Requirements: QuickBooks Online experience, U.S. small business familiarity, reliable communicator.
