Salary Ranges from $500 to $1500/month
Candidates shall be competent in the following:
-Supplier Outreach & Strategic Negotiation: Master global factory communication and manufacturer positioning to identify strong production partners. Expertly translate brand-specific standards into technical requirements to ensure factory alignment, IP protection, and regulatory compliance. Negotiate unit costs and MOQs by cross-referencing regional manufacturing capabilities with target margins to ensure a reliable, high-quality path to production.
-Product Innovation & Supply Chain Authority: Develop a "molecular-level" understanding of materials and manufacturing constraints to transform Customer Review sentiment into physical product improvements. Translate competitor pain points into specific manufacturing requirements. Oversee the transition from generic white-label items to differentiated private-label assets with unique selling propositions (USP) that proactively address buyer objections.
-Technical Proficiency & Prompting: Leverage modern AI tools (Gemini, Claude) through advanced prompt engineering to scout global databases, identify niche manufacturers, and automate supplier vetting against strict product requirements. Utilize AI to bridge communication gaps with international partners, draft high-precision RFQs, and synthesize complex bulk pricing spreadsheets using Slack and Drive to ensure rapid lead times and optimal inventory turnover.
