We’re building a startup franchise in the commercial services industry and looking for a true operator and someone who can take ownership, build systems, and help run the business day-to-day.
This is not a basic VA role. If you need constant direction, this is not the right fit.
What You’ll Own:
Manage and optimize our pipeline in HubSpot
Ensure all leads are followed up and nothing gets missed
Coordinate with marketing and track results
Build and improve systems using Airtable and other tools
Handle admin and communication with attention to detail
Support invoicing and financial tracking in QuickBooks
What We Expect:
Proactive and takes initiative without being told
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable learning new systems quickly
Strong follow-through and ability to close loops
Clear and professional communication
Nice to Have:
Experience with HubSpot, Airtable, and QuickBooks
Experience in a startup or operations role
