Hey there!

We're The Real Review ( ---------- ), Australia and New Zealand's largest digital wine publication. Every day, wine lovers and industry professionals rely on us for expert wine reviews, ratings, and industry insights.

We're looking for a full-time Marketing Success superstar to join our team!

What you'll be doing:
Every day, you'll be the friendly face of The Real Review, helping customers and working on marketing campaigns. You'll manage our customer service platform (Hubspot), process orders, handle subscriptions, and keep our wine database looking sharp!

Your typical day might include:

- Checking how our live marketing campaigns are tracking
- Execute ad campaigns on Google, Instagram, Facebook and others
- Processing invoices and orders for wine events and award stickers
- Managing our Hubspot AI agents and workflow automations
- Create graphics and creative collateral for campaigns using The Real Review templates
- Scheduling social media posts and event listings
- Updating winery information and uploading beautiful wine labels

This role is perfect for you if:
- 2+ years in digital advertising or social media marketing
- Strong skills with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Hubspot (or similar)
- Experience in setting up AI agents and automations (e.g. in Hubspot or other platforms)
- Openness to learn about new tech platforms
- Proficiency with design & scheduling tools (Sketch, Later, etc).
- Your written and verbal English is on point and you're happy to learn some Aussie and NZ slang (including casual conversation)
- You're organized and can juggle multiple tasks
- You enjoy being part of a dynamic, growing company
- Have a fast, reliable internet connection
- Have a fast computer with a large screen
- Good setup for video calls with customers and our team

Tools you'll be using:
- Video conferencing
- Hubspot for customer service
- Recurly for subscriptions
- Deep edge tools for image editing
- Mailchimp for email campaigns
- Google Workspace (especially Sheets)
- Google / Meta ads

Experience with these specific tools and AI agents is a big plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
