JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor – Instagram & YouTube (Remote, ----------
We're looking for a creative, fast-moving video editor to join the MackeyBody team. This is a remote, flexible role — no posting required. You edit, you deliver via What's App, we handle the rest.

What You'll Do
Edit short-form videos (approx. 1 minute) for YouTube Shorts. Content will primarily be fitness/workout footage with occasional lifestyle content. Each video request will have its own clearly labeled Google Drive folder with everything you need. You'll return the finished edit via what's app.

WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR BASIC CAPCUT TEMPLATE VIDEOS

What We're Looking For

Fast turnaround — edits delivered Daily.

Strong sense of pacing, energy, and visual style — these videos need to stop the scroll

Experience editing fitness or lifestyle content preferred

Able to handle a consistent daily volume so content can be batched and scheduled a week in advance

Comfortable working independently with minimal back-and-forth

Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software

The Workflow

New footage dropped in Google Drive daily with a dedicated folder per video

You edit and return the finished file to the same folder

Clean, simple, repeatable
(if for some reason, you can't download the videos in 4K, they will be texted to you directly through WhatsApp. High-quality is very important for this job.)

This Is NOT the Role For You If:

You need a lot of direction or hand-holding
Your edits look like everyone else's
You can't commit to daily turnaround

Two hours a day -- 2 dollars an hour
Five days a week
