JOB OVERVIEW

Company Overview:
We are a growing digital solutions team helping clients streamline workflows through smart form design and integrations. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Jotform Consultant who can translate business needs into high-performing, user-friendly forms.


Role Overview:
As a Jotform Consultant, you will be responsible for scoping, building, and integrating Jotforms based on client requirements. You’ll work closely with both clients and internal stakeholders to ensure forms are functional, well-designed, and seamlessly connected to our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand form and workflow requirements
* Scope projects and provide accurate quotes and time estimates
* Build advanced Jotforms using conditional logic, calculated fields, and approval workflows
* Test forms end-to-end to ensure functionality and accurate data mapping
* Ensure consistent branding and user experience across all forms
* Prepare concise documentation or handover notes for completed forms

Requirements:

* Strong experience building and customizing Jotforms (advanced features required)
* Ability to scope and clearly communicate technical work to non-technical clients
* High attention to detail and strong testing discipline
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills
* Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Nice to Have:

* Experience integrating Jotform with other platforms or APIs
* Understanding of workflow automation tools
* UX/UI awareness for form design

Working Details:

* Remote (work from home)
* Flexible hours, but must be responsive and meet agreed timelines
* Ongoing depending on performance
