JOB OVERVIEW

I run a growing personal brand focused on men’s lifestyle, fitness, finances, and personal growth, entering his 30s.

I’m looking for someone to help me build a consistent pipeline of brand partnerships through research and outreach.

This is a long-term role for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and wants to be part of something that’s scaling.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Research brands that align with my content and audience
- Find relevant decision-makers within those companies
- Collect accurate contact information (name, role, verified email)
- Send outreach emails using provided frameworks
- Track all leads and conversations in a simple system
- Follow up consistently

Your role is to create opportunities and conversations.
I handle the closing.

What I’m Looking For
- Strong research skills (you know how to find the right person, not just any contact)
- Comfortable using LinkedIn and email lookup tools
- Clear written English (natural, not robotic or spammy)
- Organized and consistent
- Able to follow systems but also think independently

Bonus:
- Experience with outreach or lead generation
- Familiar with social media / creators
- Understanding of Western brands or audiences

We are aiming for targeted, high-quality outreach aligned with a premium personal brand.

Compensation
- Monthly base (paid semi-monthly, based on experience)
- Performance-based bonuses tied to closed deals
