???? OPERATIONS MANAGER – DFW RIDESHARE RENTALS (GOHIGHLEVEL + ADS + SALES)
Are you a high-level operator who can manage systems, drive revenue, and optimize performance?
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can take full ownership of our day-to-day operations, lead generation systems, and customer conversion process.
This is NOT an assistant role. This is for someone who can run and grow the business.
???? CORE OBJECTIVE
Your #1 goal is simple:
Keep all vehicles rented
Increase daily revenue
Build systems so the business runs without the owner
???? RESPONSIBILITIES
LEAD GENERATION + PAID ADS (REVENUE DRIVER)
• Create, launch, and manage
• Write high-converting ad copy and creatives
• Optimize campaigns for cost per lead and conversions
• Test offers, pricing, promos, and hooks
• Generate consistent daily inbound leads
GOHIGHLEVEL CRM AUTOMATION AND OPTIMIZATION
• Build and optimize pipelines inside GoHighLevel
• Set up automations including missed call text back, follow-ups, and drip campaigns
• Track lead stages from New to Contacted to Approved to Booked to Active
• Improve lead response time to under 5 minutes
• Implement workflows to increase conversion rates
LEAD CONVERSION + SALES OVERSIGHT
• Oversee all incoming leads including calls, texts, and DMs
• Ensure immediate response and proper follow-up
• Improve scripts to increase close rates
• Monitor performance metrics including cost per lead, close rate, and revenue per car
• Step in to close high-value or difficult leads
TEAM MANAGEMENT
• Manage Virtual Assistant daily
• Ensure all leads are followed up with and CRM is updated
• Train and improve team performance
• Create SOPs for all processes
OPERATIONS AND CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE
• Oversee onboarding including approvals, agreements, and payments
• Ensure smooth pickup scheduling and communication
• Monitor renter lifecycle including payments, renewals, and upsells
• Reduce churn and increase retention
FLEET AND MAINTENANCE COORDINATION
• Track all vehicles including availability, maintenance, and downtime
• Ensure oil changes every 30 days and inspections every 45 days
• Minimize downtime between renters
• Coordinate with service vendors
REPORTING AND OPTIMIZATION
• Provide weekly reports on leads, conversions, rentals, and revenue
• Identify bottlenecks and improve systems
• Continuously optimize operations and performance
???? REQUIRED SKILLS
• Advanced GoHighLevel experience including pipelines and automations

• Strong sales and lead conversion experience
• CRM management and data tracking
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication skills
? BONUS SKILLS
• Experience in car rental, real estate, or high lead volume businesses
• Experience managing virtual assistants or remote teams
• Funnel building experience
• Copywriting for ads and SMS campaigns
???? COMPENSATION
Base pay plus performance bonuses based on:
• Vehicles rented
• Monthly revenue growth
• Cost per lead and conversion performance
