We combine marketing, CRM, and automation to drive real revenue outcomes for our clients.

We are now looking for a highly capable, detail-oriented operator from the Philippines to support our team across Go High Level, paid ads, and reporting.

Your Role – Execution Across CRM, Ads & Data

You will play a critical role in keeping campaigns live, accurate, and performing. This is an execution-focused role with real responsibility.

Go High Level (CRM & Automation)
- Build and update landing pages, funnels, forms, and calendars
- Set up and maintain workflows, automations, and pipelines
- Implement tagging, triggers, and conditional logic
- Manage CRM data, custom values, and snapshots across accounts

Paid Advertising Support
- Upload and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Work closely with strategists to ensure campaigns are set up correctly
- Monitor key metrics including CPM, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
- Make minor edits to ad copy and headlines where required

Reporting & Tracking
- Update weekly client reports and internal dashboards
- Support tracking accuracy and data flow between platforms
- Work with Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and integrations

What We Are Looking For
1. This role is not for beginners.
2. You should already have hands-on experience and be confident executing without constant direction.

Core Requirements:

- Strong experience with Go High Level (CRM, automations, funnels)
- Experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Bonus Skills (Highly Valued):
- Experience with Zapier or webhooks
- Looker Studio or reporting dashboard experience
- Understanding of tracking setup (GTM, pixels, events)
