Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Customer Service professional who can also support scheduling, payment tracking, and future client outreach. This role will start part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance and success within the first few months.
This is a hands-on role that works closely with multiple members of the Stedi team to ensure daily operations run smoothly and customers receive timely, professional support.
Key Responsibilities
-Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related questions in a timely and professional manner
-Assist customers throughout the order process and help resolve issues efficiently
-Plan, manage, and maintain schedules related to streaming operations
-Track, manage, and organize streamer payouts and payment records
-Communicate directly with streamers and internal tea
-Support new client outreach efforts, including identifying, contacting, and onboarding new business partners
-Assist with sales generation and business growth through proactive outreach and relationship building
Qualifications:
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail
-Comfortable handling payment tracking and basic financial organization
-Ability to manage schedules and coordinate with multiple tea
-Self-motivated and dependable in a remote or flexible work environment
-Willingness to grow with the company and take on additional responsibility over time
