Working Hours: Primarily US Eastern Time, but highly flexible as long as deadlines are met and the work gets done.
About the Role:
I am looking for a highly self-directed and proactive professional to join my team. You will be acting as my right hand, managing administrative tasks, helping build and edit online medical curriculum, and driving social media marketing for a niche SaaS product.
I do not micromanage. I provide the objective and trust that you will figure out the best way to execute it, making smart decisions on your own and only reaching out when you hit a genuine roadblock.
AI Policy:
I strongly encourage the use of AI tools (Google Gemini, etc.) to improve your efficiency, help with marketing copy, and scale your output. However, you are 100% responsible for the accuracy of the final product. You must rigorously review, fact-check, and edit all AI-generated content—especially regarding medical curriculum. Blindly copying and pasting AI output without verifying it is unacceptable.
Core Responsibilities:
Medical Curriculum Support: Reviewing and revising complex PDFs and PowerPoint presentations. You must have enough of a medical background (pharmacy, medical assisting, EKG) to spot clinical errors, typos, or inconsistencies.
Design/Tech Formatting: Formatting, designing, and editing complex PDFs and PPTs to look highly professional.
Marketing & SaaS Growth: Managing social media accounts, creating content, and executing light cold-outreach campaigns to grow our SaaS.
Executive Admin: Inbox management, calendar scheduling, and general operational support.
Requirements:
A verifiable background in healthcare, nursing, pharmacy, or medical assisting.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Canva, PowerPoint, or other PDF/presentation editing software.
Experience in social media management and basic digital marketing/outreach.
Excellent written English and extreme attention to detail.
A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a backup power/internet plan.
How to Apply:
If you are ready to take ownership of this role, please apply with your resume, a brief cover letter, and a link to your portfolio (Google Drive, Canva, website, etc.) showcasing your design work, specifically any formatted PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, or social media graphics.
To ensure you have the clinical attention to detail required to review our curriculum, please make the subject line of your application: Clinical EA - [Your Name]. Additionally, in the very first sentence of your cover letter, please tell me what is clinically wrong with the following medication instruction: "Take 1 tablet of Lisinopril 10mg PRN for low blood pressure." Applications that do not follow these instructions will be discarded.
