We're recruiting a sharp, detail-oriented long-form video editor who understands story structure, retention hooks, and how to keep viewers watching for 10, 20, even 60+ minutes.
We have our own b-roll library, motion graphics, and creative frameworks. But we need you to be resourceful and bring ideas to the table.
The role:
Edit long-form YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, and documentary-style content
Structure raw footage into compelling narratives with strong pacing
Leverage our b-roll library, motion graphics & creative guidelines
Add chapters, captions, and retention-boosting cuts that reduce drop-off
Turn around polished edits without sacrificing quality
What we're seeking:
1–2+ years editing long-form content (YouTube, docuseries, podcasts, etc.)
Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve (plus)
Strong grasp of story arc, pacing, and audience retention
Experience with chapter markers, captions, and YouTube optimization (plus)
Clear communication and consistent on-time delivery
Rate & potential:
$7.00–$11.00 USD/hour (based on experience and turnaround time)
Full-time opportunity
Room to grow — transition into lead editor or creative strategist roles
About the Team:
We're a creative team of 3 full-time video editors (2 short-form, 1 long-form) and we're looking to bring a second long-form editor on board. You'd be joining a team that moves fast, communicates clearly, and takes the craft seriously.
