Role Overview
The Property Management Administrator will support day-to-day administrative and operational functions across leasing, maintenance coordination, resident communication, and basic accounting tasks. This role is essential in keeping property operations organized, documented, and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple workflows in a fast-paced property management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate leasing activities, including listing updates, basic marketing tasks, applicant follow-up, and application tracking.
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure proper documentation.
- Communicate with tenants regarding inquiries, updates, and general support.
- Assist with maintenance requests by coordinating vendors, scheduling work, and updating records.
- Track delinquencies and support payment follow-up processes.
- Support move-in and move-out documentation.
- Maintain logs for insurance, compliance, and property records.
- Enter basic accounting data (invoices, payments, updates) as directed.
- Provide general administrative support to property management leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management coordination, leasing support, or administrative operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using property management or CRM software (AppFolio/LeadSimple experience is a plus but not required).
- Proficient with spreadsheets,
