Overview
Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Assistant with a keen eye for design! Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on visual content and branding consistency
- Creating and scheduling social media content
- Designing graphics, branded assets, and templates (Example: Canva, Capcut and others)
- Familiarity with social platforms and scheduling tools
- Support the creation of digital and print materials, including flyers, social media graphics, and presentations
- Strong writing skills and attention to details
- Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Reviewing creative work for visual consistency, brand alignment, and quality before it goes to clients
- Drafting captions,
- Supporting content calendars and keeping deliverables on track
- Assisting with research for campaigns and proposals
- Analyze marketing data from platforms such as Google Console, and others to track KPIs and improve performance.
- Coordinate projects and workflows using Slack and our PM tool (you will be trained on our internal tools)
- Manage office administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized project files
- Coordinate meetings, calendar management, and scheduling for the marketing team using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
*Requirements*
- A genuine eye for design - you notice when something's off and can articulate why
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, design or a related field.
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong attention to detail with proofreading and data entry skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in a professional setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic graphic design principles or experience supporting creative projects is desirable but not required
