We are a premium residential and commercial cleaning company based in Chicago, IL. We service hundreds of clients across Chicagoland — from busy families who need recurring home cleaning to property managers and businesses that need reliable commercial janitorial services. We're growing fast and need a sharp, phone-confident Sales VA to help us convert inbound leads and drive outbound outreach.

About the Role

This is a phone-heavy sales position. You will handle inbound calls from prospects, follow up on quotes, run outbound outreach to commercial leads, and help book walkthroughs and recurring services. You are not a receptionist — you are a closer. You'll be working directly with our operations and sales process, logging activity in our CRM, and hitting weekly booking targets. Our clients are professional and expect professional communication. You should be comfortable talking about pricing, handling objections, and confidently representing a premium brand. If you've worked in a similar service industry — home services, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, property management — you'll ramp up quickly and fit right in.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and follows instructions precisely. We run a tight operation, and the difference between a good VA and a great one is doing what the job posting says, not just skimming it. We've built strong systems here, and we need someone who will plug in and execute without hand-holding. Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Central Time (with 1-hour lunch)
• Rate: $5.00/hr USD, paid weekly
• Performance bonuses based on bookings and revenue targets
• Health insurance after 6 months

Requirements (All Mandatory)

• Experience in cleaning, home services, or a similar service-based industry
• Excellent spoken English — you will be on the phone with US clients all day
• Proven sales experience — comfortable closing, handling objections, and following up
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps), quiet workspace, and headset
• Available 40 hours/week during US Central business hours
• Stable power supply — no frequent outages
