JOB OVERVIEW

THE ROLE:
This is not a typical admin job.
You will listen to recorded cold calls, score each lead using our 100-point grading system, update our CRM, and route high-priority leads to agents immediately. You will also manage the overall pipeline — tracking lead status, following up on stale leads, and reporting daily to the team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY:
Listen to recorded cold calls and score each lead 0–100 using our structured grading guide
Update CRM notes for every lead before 5PM — no exceptions
Route all A+ leads (score 70+) to the assigned agent within 1 hour
Manage the full pipeline — track lead status, flag stale opportunities, keep data clean
Submit a daily lead summary and weekly report to the team lead and manager
Identify patterns in lead quality and share insights to improve agent targeting
Grade a minimum of 35 leads per day, 175 per week

Required skills:

Extremely detail-oriented — you catch things others miss
Organized and consistent — you do not let things fall through the cracks
Strong listening skills — can identify motivation, urgency, and hesitation in a recorded call
Comfortable hitting daily targets without being micromanaged
CRM experience preferred — Follow Up Boss
Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
