Molly Maid of Central Westchester — a growing cleaning referral agency serving Westchester County, New York and surrounding areas. We connect homeowners and businesses with vetted, professional independent cleaners. Business is growing and we need someone who knows how to turn interest into booked jobs and booked jobs into long-term clients.
This is not a general VA role. This is a sales role with VA responsibilities. If you're someone who gets excited when a lead comes in, who follows up without being told, and who genuinely enjoys the process of turning a "maybe" into a "yes" — this was written for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

The core of this role is revenue. Everything you do connects back to bringing clients in and keeping them.
On the inbound side you'll be responding to new inquiries fast, walking potential clients through our services, overcoming objections, quoting jobs, and closing bookings. Speed and tone matter — a warm lead goes cold in hours, not days.
On the outbound side you'll be working a list. Cold leads who requested a quote but never booked, past clients who haven't rescheduled, small businesses in our area who could benefit from recurring commercial cleaning. You'll be making calls, sending follow-up texts and emails, and building relationships that turn into recurring revenue.
Beyond sales, you'll support day-to-day operations — scheduling, coordinating with cleaners, post-clean follow-ups, and keeping our CRM organized. But make no mistake: sales is what drives this role and your earning potential.

Experience in home services, real estate, or any service-based U.S. business
Familiarity with CRMs like Booking Koala, Go High Level, or similar
