We’re currently hiring a Patient Success Specialist on behalf of one of our healthcare clients.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys supporting patients, communicating clearly, and making a meaningful difference in people’s day-to-day health journey. You’ll be working closely with patients enrolled in a Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program, helping guide them, answer questions, and make sure they feel supported every step of the way.
If you have experience in dialysis or renal care and enjoy patient-facing work, this could be a strong opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct monthly outbound follow-up calls
Handle inbound patient inquiries
Support onboarding, scheduling, and follow-up coordination
Assist with device and supply orders or replacements
Perform basic device troubleshooting and escalate when needed
Maintain accurate documentation in the system
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis center, nephrology unit, or renal clinic
Experience with telehealth, healthcare support, or remote patient support is a plus
Strong English and Spanish communication skills
Familiarity with EHR or patient management systems
Good attention to detail, organization, and patient communication skills
Work Setup
Fully remote
Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Flexible schedule to align with US patient time zones
Full training and onboarding will be provided
