Minimum equipment requirements include a top performing headset (because being on the phones all day requires good headset) , laptop with two screens for maximum productivity, independent backup to maintain connectivity and reliable internet connectivity.
Two shift schedules to choose: 8:30am to 5:30pm US Central Time Zone. (Tue-Sat) or 10:30am to 7:30pm US Central Time Zone (Monday-Friday). Both shifts have a non-paid 1 hour lunch break.
