We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate team looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to help us recruit and convert new real estate agents into our organization.
This is a long-term position with growth opportunities. You will play a key role in helping us scale our team.
Work Schedule:
8:00 to 4:30 Monday- Friday
* Must be available to work **U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours**
* Full-time position (40 hours/week)

**Your Responsibilities:**
* Manage and update our Go High Level (GHL) CRM daily
* Track and move recruiting leads through our pipeline
* Send SMS and
* Reach out to individuals who recently passed their real estate PSI exam
* Post, manage, and optimize job ads on Indeed
* Track ad performance and improve results over time
* Re-engage our existing database to generate interest in joining our team
* Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruiting activities

**Requirements:**
* Experience using Go High Level (REQUIRED)
* Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
* Experience posting or managing Indeed job ads
* Must be able to work **U.S. EST hours consistently**
* Strong written and spoken English
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to follow up consistently and manage multiple leads
* Reliable internet and a quiet work environment

**Compensation:**
* $5–$8/hour depending on experience
