JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled AI & Automation Specialist who has hands-on experience with Claude, AI tools, workflow automation, and process optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to use AI not just for content, but to build systems, improve efficiency, automate tasks, and create real business results.

What we’re looking for:

Strong experience working with Claude and other AI tools
Experience building automation workflows
Ability to create systems that save time and improve productivity
Knowledge of tools such as Zapier, Make, ChatGPT, APIs, CRM automations, and AI agents
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to understand business needs and turn them into smart automated solutions
Experience with prompt writing, workflow building, and AI task optimization
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

Build and manage AI-powered workflows and automations
Use Claude and other AI platforms to improve business operations
Create automations for lead generation, follow-up, customer support, reporting, and internal systems
Connect tools and platforms to streamline processes
Identify repetitive tasks and turn them into automated workflows
Test, improve, and maintain automation systems
Support the team with new AI solutions and ideas for growth

Preferred qualifications:

Experience with business automation and operations
Familiarity with sales, marketing, and customer service systems
Understanding of AI tools, integrations, and workflow logic
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, CRM systems, project management tools, and API connections
Prior work in fast-paced business environments is a plus
