Hi!

I’m looking for a Content & Growth Strategist who can help me intentionally grow my presence on TikTok and Instagram through thoughtful strategy, not just posting.

This role is for someone who understands how to build a brand, grow an audience, and create content that actually connects and converts.

- What You’ll Be Doing

Develop a clear content and growth strategy for TikTok and Instagram
Analyze current content and identify what’s working / what’s not
Provide direction on hooks, storytelling, and content angles
Suggest content ideas aligned with brand voice and audience
Identify trends and adapt them in a strategic, non-generic way
Review content before posting and give actionable feedback
Track performance and suggest data-driven improvements
Collaborate with me to ensure everything feels aligned and intentional

- What I’m Looking For

Proven experience growing a personal brand or creator account on TikTok and/or Instagram
Strong understanding of viral hooks, retention, and storytelling
Ability to think strategically, not just execute tasks
Someone who values intentional, aligned content over volume
Clear communicator who can give honest, constructive feedback
Bonus if you’ve worked with wellness, lifestyle, or personal brands
