JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Social Media Manager, Web Developer, and Content Creator. This will be combining social media management, video editing, blogging, and advanced web development with strong SEO expertise.

The ideal candidate is both creative and technical, able to manage multiple areas of digital growth while working independently and delivering consistent, high-quality results.

Social Media & Content Creation
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create engaging content including posts, reels, and short-form videos
Edit videos for social media and marketing campaigns
Plan and schedule content calendars
Stay on top of trends and implement creative strategies
Track analytics and optimize performance

Blogging & Content Writing:
Write high-quality blog posts optimized for SEO
Conduct keyword research and create content strategies
Publish and format blog content on websites (e.g., WordPress)
Ensure content is engaging, well-structured, and aligned with brand voice
Update and optimize existing blog content for better performance

Web Development & SEO:
Build, maintain, and update websites
Implement strong SEO strategies to increase traffic and rankings
Optimize website speed, performance, and user experience
Conduct on-page and off-page SEO
Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain site health
Ensure mobile responsiveness and modern design

Requirements:
2+ years experience in social media management, content creation, video editing, and blogging
5+ years experience in web development
Strong knowledge of SEO and content optimization
Proven experience writing blog content that ranks or drives traffic
Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Excellent English writing and communication skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and equipment
