Content VA for Coaching Brand (Repurpose, Post, Schedule, Engage)

About NWC Academy
NWC Academy (New Wealth Creation Academy) helps entrepreneurs leverage credit to access funding and build scalable businesses through digital programs, mentorship, and live trainings.
Content goes out across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and a private Facebook group using a high?volume but repurposed content model.

Role Overview
Looking for a Content Virtual Assistant to turn 1 piece of content into MANY.

You will:

Edit short?form videos

Write captions

Repurpose posts across platforms

Schedule content

Manage basic engagement (comments + tagging leads)

This is an execution role. Strategy, topics, and voice are already defined. Your job is to make sure content is consistently live, organized, and on?brand.

Core Responsibilities
Take raw short?form video (TikTok/Reels style) and:

Edit into platform?ready videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels

Upload with captions, cover text, and hashtags

Turn video ideas and captions into text posts for:

Facebook profile

Facebook group

LinkedIn

Occasionally support YouTube titles/descriptions

Maintain a simple content calendar showing what was posted, where, and when.

Schedule content using tools or native platform schedulers.

Daily engagement:

Reply to comments in a friendly, confident tone

Like and respond to meaningful comments

Tag or flag hot leads for the sales/sales support team based on simple rules

Track basic performance (views, comments, saves, clicks) and log it weekly.

What’s Already Defined
You will NOT be asked to “figure everything out from scratch.” You’ll receive:

Clear content pillars and themes

Examples of past posts and preferred tone

Posting cadence and schedule for each platform

Step?by?step SOPs for how we want content repurposed and posted

Qualifications
1+ year experience as a VA or Social Media VA (or similar role)

You have actually posted content for clients, not just personal accounts

Comfortable with:

Editing basic short?form videos (inside TikTok, CapCut, or similar tools)

Writing short, engaging captions in clear conversational English

Scheduling posts and following a content calendar

You like structure and checklists and follow SOPs well

Reliable internet, responsive, and consistent communication

Nice to have

Experience with coaching, online education, or business/finance content

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook group posting

Long?term role if it’s a good fit and performance is strong
