We are hiring a Digital Strategist and Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our agency and our clients. This role calls for someone who can analyze marketing data, build strategies around client goals, and maintain strong client relationships while working closely with an internal team. Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts and manage relationships day to day
- Review marketing reports and develop data-driven strategies tailored to each client's goals
- Guide clients through their marketing efforts and set clear expectations based on performance
- Represent client priorities internally and ensure the team delivers accordingly
- Provide clients with regular performance updates and strategic recommendations
- Use HighLevel CRM and Teamwork to track work, manage pipelines, and coordinate with the team
- Identify gaps in client performance and proactively recommend solutions
- Build a strong understanding of each client's business and industry
Mandatory Skills:
- Background in client-facing marketing or account management
- Ability to read and analyze reports and translate findings into clear strategy
- Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM platform
- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written - with strong listening comprehension
- Critical thinking skills and ability to interpret nuanced client feedback accurately
- Confident communicator with a professional, polished approach
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborative and responsive with internal tea
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency setting
- Familiarity with project management tools like Teamwork
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including paid ads, SEO, or social media
- Experience juggling multiple accounts or clients at the same time
- Comfortable working in a documentation-heavy, process-driven environment
