JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Lead Manager / Junior Acquisition Specialist
Type: Full-Time (1-Month Project)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $10/hour

???? Role Overview:

We’re hiring an experienced Lead Manager / Junior Acquisition Specialist who can perform immediately in a high-volume environment.

This is not a training role — you must already understand wholesaling, seller conversations, and deal qualification.

???? Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads
Speak with motivated property owners and build trust quickly
Qualify leads based on:
Motivation
Timeline
Property condition
Price expectations
Run basic comps and determine property value
Provide accurate offer ranges confidently
Overcome objections and guide conversations effectively
Push qualified leads forward to acquisitions
Keep CRM updated (notes, tags, follow-ups, pipeline stages)
???? Daily Target:
Submit minimum of 5 qualified leads per day
(Must be responsive, motivated, and ready for next step)
? Must-Have Qualifications:
Solid experience in real estate wholesaling
Previous role as Lead Manager or Acquisition Specialist
Strong understanding of ARV, comps, and offer calculations
Excellent communication and call control skills
Ability to adapt to different seller personalities
Confident objection handler
???? Systems Requirement:
Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
Pipeline management
Task tracking and follow-up systems
?? Commitment Requirement:
Must be fully dedicated during working hours
No active clients or side jobs during this project
We need focus, speed, and consistency

Understand deal structure deeply (MAO, ARV)
Can smoothly transition leads to acquisitions
