**About the Role:**
We’re looking for a **seasoned Junior Acquisition Specialist / Lead Manager** to join our team for a **1-month project**. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll be speaking with motivated sellers, managing leads, and helping move deals forward.
We need someone who can jump in immediately — no hand-holding.

**What You’ll Do:**
* Call and follow up with leads (warm and cold)
* Build rapport and guide conversations with sellers
* Identify motivation and properly qualify leads
* Run basic comps and understand property value
* Provide **verbal offer ranges** based on condition and comps
* Handle objections confidently and control conversations
* Submit qualified leads that are ready for acquisitions
* Ensure sellers are truly motivated and ready to sell
* Update CRM and manage pipeline efficiently

**Daily KPI / Expectation:**
* Submit **at least 5 qualified and responsive leads per day**
(Leads must be motivated, contacted, and ready for acquisition review)

**Requirements (MUST HAVE):**
* **Proven experience in real estate wholesaling (non-negotiable)**
* Experience as a **lead manager or acquisition specialist**
* Ability to **run comps and give offer ranges confidently**
* Strong communication skills — able to adjust based on seller personality types
* Skilled in qualifying leads (motivation, timeline, condition, price)
* Confident in handling objections and moving conversations forward

**Required Skill:**
* Experience using **GoHighLevel (GHL)** as a CRM
* Managing pipelines
* Updating lead status
* Notes, tasks, and follow-ups

**Work Commitment Requirement:**
* This is a **full-time role requiring your full attention during working hours**
* Applicants **must not be actively working with other clients or companies** during this project
* We are looking for someone fully focused, reliable, and committed for the duration of the project

* Have worked with US real estate markets
* Understand ARV, MAO, and deal analysis
* Can confidently transition leads to acquisitions team
