JOB OVERVIEW

The Role
We're looking for a highly experienced Short-Term Rental VA who has been around the block on all major OTAs and knows how to run operations without hand-holding. This is not an entry-level role. You will own the day-to-day and be expected to hit the ground running from week one.

What We're NOT Looking For

Someone who needs to be trained on the basics of STR operations
Someone who lists tools on their CV but hasn't used them in a live environment
Someone who needs constant supervision to complete tasks

What You'll Be Doing

Managing guest communications across all OTA platforms (Airbnb, ---------- , Expedia, and direct) with a focus on fast response times and high review scores
Handling all operations inside Guesty — reservations, calendar management, rate updates, inbox management, and reporting
Managing guest messaging and automated workflows via Enso Connect
Coordinating cleaners and maintenance teams, flagging issues proactively
Monitoring and adjusting pricing using Intellihost to stay competitive
Managing tasks, SOPs, and team workflows inside ClickUp
Making and receiving calls when necessary via Circle Loop
Creating graphics, property assets, and social content in Canva and Photoshop
Supporting marketing and CRM workflows inside GoHighLevel
Generating performance reports and flagging anomalies to management
Processing Airbnb reimbursement claims and basic financial tracking

What You Must Have

Minimum 3-5 years working as a VA specifically in short-term rental operations
Hands-on, proven experience with Guesty — this is non-negotiable
Working knowledge of Enso Connect for guest messaging automation
Experience using Intellihost or similar dynamic pricing tools
Comfortable managing tasks and documentation in ClickUp
Proficient in GoHighLevel for CRM and automation workflows
Confident making client or vendor calls via Circle Loop when needed
Strong design skills in Canva and Photoshop
Fluent written English with professional guest communication skills
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities independently

Nice to Have

Experience with direct booking website management

Email marketing to past guests to drive repeat direct bookings
Landing page creation and basic copywriting
Social media scheduling and content creation
