Role Overview
Seeking a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & Funnel Specialist to support the buildout and maintenance of backend systems.
This role is responsible for implementing pipelines, workflows, and funnels that power marketing and sales across webinars, digital programs, and funding services.
This is an execution-focused role: business strategy, offers, and system architecture are already defined. Your job is to build, refine, and maintain what’s mapped out.
Key Responsibilities
Pipelines
Build and manage pipelines for:
Webinar ? offer ? onboarding flows
Mentorship and digital product sales
Funding and pre?qualification processes
Workflows & Automations
Develop and maintain:
Email
Lead nurturing and follow?up systems
Status updates and internal notifications based on lead behavior
Funnels & Pages
Create and optimize:
Webinar registration and confirmation pages
Thank?you and replay pages
Lead capture and application forms
Tagging & Logic
Implement tagging systems, triggers, and automation logic to move leads through the correct journey
Connect purchase and application events to onboarding workflows and internal alerts
Quality & Documentation
Test all systems end?to?end before launch (no “turn it on and hope”)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly when something breaks
Maintain clear documentation of builds, updates, and logic so others can understand and operate the system
What Is Already Defined
You are not coming in to “figure out” the business. You will be executing against:
Offer suite and pricing structure
Sales processes and funnel logic
Pipeline stages and customer journey flows
A 30/60/90?day systems roadmap
The role focuses on implementation, optimization, and system reliability, not high?level strategy creation.
Qualifications
Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (CRM, workflows, pipelines, funnels)
Strong understanding of:
Automation logic and triggers
Sales pipelines and customer journeys
Webinar and digital product funnels
Ability to follow structured SOPs, flowcharts, and requirements
Strong attention to detail and QA — you test thoroughly before asking for traffic
Clear written communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
Worked with coaching, education, agency, or digital product businesses
Familiarity with webinar or challenge?based funnels
Exposure to financial services, credit, or funding offers is a plus
Work Structure
Part?time contractor: 20 - 203 hours per week to start
Opportunity for long?term engagement based on performance and revenue impact
