**B2B Sales Development Representative (Remote – Full Time)**
We are a fast-growing US-based company building cutting-edge AI software that helps home service businesses (roofing, solar, HVAC) generate more customers through automated outreach.
We are looking for highly motivated **Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)** to help us book qualified sales appointments with business owners.
This is NOT a customer support role.
This is a **performance-driven sales role** with real upside.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Prospect and reach out to business owners (primarily in the U.S.)
* Use **LinkedIn,
* Qualify leads and **book demos for our sales team**
* Follow up with leads consistently until they convert or disqualify
* Track all activity inside our CRM
* Hit daily and weekly outreach + booking targets

What We’re Looking For
* Strong written and spoken English (very important)
* Experience in **sales, appointment setting, or lead generation**
* Comfortable with **cold outreach and handling rejection**
* Highly competitive and goal-oriented
* Organized and able to manage follow-ups
* Fast learner with strong work ethic
Compensation
* Base salary (depending on experience)
