About CREx
CREx Software builds tools for commercial real estate investment teams. Our flagship product, Deal Intelligence, is an end-to-end deal pipeline and underwriting platform — covering deal intake, AI-powered lease abstraction, financial modeling, and broker marketplace access across all asset classes.

The role
We're looking for a commercial real estate underwriter who wants to do more than just model deals. In this role, you'll own the customer success function for Deal Intelligence — onboarding new clients, building and validating underwriting templates across asset classes, and becoming the product expert our customers rely on. You know how to underwrite a multifamily acquisition and a triple-net industrial lease in the same afternoon. You're also comfortable giving product feedback and working closely with a small engineering team to make the platform better.

What you'll do
Onboard new customers onto Deal Intelligence — set up deal templates, configure underwriting models, and train users across acquisition and asset management teams

Build and maintain underwriting templates for multifamily, office, retail, industrial/warehouse, self-storage, hospitality, and mixed-use assets

Review and QA AI-generated lease abstractions — verify extracted data against source documents and flag discrepancies for model improvement

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions on deal workflow, underwriting logic, and platform usage — resolving issues and escalating bugs

Document workflows, create training materials, and build a customer-facing knowledge base for self-service onboarding

Work directly with our product team to surface customer feedback, test new features, and validate underwriting logic before releases

Assist sales in prospect demos by walking through underwriting workflows and answering real CRE questions in real time
