We are a growing healthcare and wellness company focused on providing exceptional patient care and innovative wellness solutions. We’re looking for a strategic, highly organized, and experienced leader to join our team as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee operations, optimize workflows, and drive growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
Lead, manage, and mentor teams, ensuring alignment with company goals
Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and policies
Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and operational budgets
Collaborate with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and best practices
Identify areas for improvement and implement scalable solutions
Assist in planning for organizational growth and expansion
Requirements:
Proven experience in operational leadership or executive management (preferably COO, Director of Operations, or similar roles)
Strong background in healthcare, medical management, or related industries preferred
Experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale operations
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve efficiency and growth
Experience in BPO, telehealth, or clinical operations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare-related certification preferred
