Bilingual Sales & Telemarketing Specialist (Puppy Sales – High Commission Potential)
???? JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a family-owned puppy business generating over $2,000,000+ per year, and we are looking for a HIGH-LEVEL, AGGRESSIVE, CHARISMATIC Sales & Telemarketing Specialist to handle calls, messages, and convert leads into sales.

This is NOT a basic customer service job.
???? This is a SALES POSITION.

???? YOUR ROLE

Answer incoming calls (8AM – 10PM EST coverage)

Reply to messages from:

Facebook

Instagram

WhatsApp

Speak directly with customers

Explain available puppies and breeds

Build trust and confidence with clients

Schedule FaceTime appointments with the owner

Follow up with leads until they buy

???? You are the first point of contact (like being inside the store)

???? REQUIREMENTS (STRICT – READ CAREFULLY)

MUST speak PERFECT English (NO broken English)

Spanish is a BIG PLUS (or at least basic understanding)

Must be:

Charismatic

Confident on the phone

Fast and responsive

Good with people and handling pressure

Must understand sales and closing

Must be a fast learner (learn dog breeds quickly)

$1,000 – $3,000/month (based on experience and performance)

Monday – Saturday (or split shifts available)

Calls come in from 8AM – 10PM EST

We may hire 2 part-time positions to cover hours
