We are hiring a high-quality appointment setter who can do more than just make calls. We need someone who can generate real meetings, communicate clearly, and speak fluent, professional English.
This is a remote, part-time outbound calling role focused on booking qualified 20-minute introductory Zoo
In this position, you will be calling healthcare-related businesses, distributors, DME/HME companies, and other relevant accounts, identifying the correct contact, and setting meetings for our sales team.
This is not a general virtual assistant position.
This is a phone-based sales role for someone who is confident, organized, professional, and comfortable speaking with U.S. business contacts.
What You Will Be Doing
Make outbound cold calls to targeted healthcare-related accounts in the United States
Professionally navigate gatekeepers
Identify the appropriate buyer or decision-maker
Schedule qualified 20-minute Zoo
Send follow-up and reminder
Update Zoho CRM in real time with notes, call outcomes, and next steps
Stay organized with follow-up activity and help keep opportunities moving forward

Requirements
Excellent spoken English and strong listening skills
Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting
Experience calling U.S. businesses
Experience calling healthcare, medical, HME/DME, distribution, or other B2B accounts is a major plus
Comfortable using Zoho CRM or a similar CRM platform
Available 5 hours per day, 25 hours per week, during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment
Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail
Compensation
Hourly rate, depending on experience
Plus
$25.00 to $40.00 for every qualified appointment that attends the Zoo
