JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a talented UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team and help us create high-quality designs for websites, marketing materials, and client projects.

This is a full-time remote position with long-term potential.

About the Role

You will work closely with our team to design:
- Website layouts and pages (primarily in Figma)
- Marketing visuals and templates (primarily in Canva)
- UI elements such as icons, images, and design assets

Our workflow typically involves:
- Designing full layouts in Figma
- Presenting designs to clients
- Handing off designs to developers for implementation (HubSpot websites)

Your role is to bring ideas to life visually and ensure everything is clean, modern, and ready for development.

Responsibilities:
- Design website pages and layouts in Figma
- Create Canva templates for marketing and internal use
- Prepare design assets (icons, images, UI components)
- Work with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create and refine visual assets when needed
- Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and developers
- Ensure designs are developer-friendly and structured
- Maintain consistency across designs and brand guidelines
- Proactively suggest improvements to design and user experience

Requirements:
- Strong experience with Figma (required)
- Experience with Canva (required)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
- Ability to design clean, modern, conversion-focused layouts
- Experience working with websites (landing pages, business sites, etc.)
- Ability to work independently without constant guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills (you know how to Google and find solutions)
- Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Experience working with corporate clients
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CMS platforms
- Basic video editing skills (for simple content or marketing visuals)
- Understanding of conversion-focused design (funnels, landing pages)

Portfolio Requirement

You must include a portfolio showcasing:

- Website designs (Figma preferred)
- UI/UX work
- Any relevant graphic design work

Work Style We’re Looking For:

We are looking for someone who:

- Is proactive and takes initiative
- Looks for ways to improve things (not just follows instructions)
- Can work independently without hand-holding
- Is already skilled and ready to contribute immediately

We will provide training on our workflows and projects,
but not on basic design skills or tools.

Salary & Growth:
Starting salary: €1,000/month (full-time)
Performance review after 6 months
Opportunity for salary adjustment based on performance
