We’re looking for a Client-Focused Account Manager to build strong relationships with our clinic partners, ensure they understand their campaign results, and help them get the most value from our services without doing hands-on ad or creative work.

Position Overview
> The Account Manager is the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll manage communication, deliver reports, coordinate with internal marketing and fulfillment teams, and ensure our clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. You won’t be building or managing campaigns — instead, you’ll translate data into insights, set expectations, and keep clients confident and engaged.

??Skills & Qualifications
> 2+ years of experience in client account management, customer success, or project coordination, ideally in a digital marketing or SaaS environment.
> Excellent verbal and written communication skills — able to make marketing metrics understandable for non-marketers.
> Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
> Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships at once.
> Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace.
> Experience working with small business owners or healthcare professionals is a plus.
> Data-driven mindset — you know how to read a report and turn numbers into a story.

> Review marketing reports and explain results in a simple, clear way
> Track key metrics like leads, cost per lead, and bookings
> Flag any issues or trends to the team for improvement

** Project Coordination
> Work closely with internal teams to make sure tasks are completed on time
> Keep client records and notes organized in CRM tools
> Help improve processes for a better client experience

** Success Metrics
> High client satisfaction and retention rates.
> On-time delivery of client updates, reports, and communications.
> Strong internal collaboration and client feedback scores.
> Growth in client lifetime value through renewals and referrals.
