INTRO:
Are you a creative, detail-oriented editor with a passion for visual storytelling and conversion-driven ads? Do you enjoy the challenge of translating a brand's vision into captivating short-form video content?
I’m Rico, the founder of Lampiece, where we create unique, personalized lamps. My brand is built on authenticity, a personal touch, and the journey of building a business. I am looking for a reliable, intermediate-to-advanced Video Editor to help me scale our content.
Currently, we need 1 Social Media Video and 1 Video Ad Creative per week, with the goal of increasing this output gradually as we grow.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
You will receive detailed editing briefs and raw footage to create two distinct types of content:
- Social Media Videos (Storytelling): Founder-led content focusing on my business journey. This requires an authentic, engaging storytelling style.
- Ad Creatives (Conversion-Driven): Direct-response ads using various formats like UGC, mashups, and founder ads.
Note on Language: The final output for all videos will be in both English and Dutch. Don't worry if you don't speak Dutch! You will be provided with clear English instructions and detailed briefs making it very easy to create the Dutch versions (including matching the subtitles).
OUR PERFECT MATCH HAS:
- 2+ years of experience editing either social media videos or ad creatives (experience in both is a major plus!).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (No CapCut).
- Strong skills in making engaging basic cuts, adding dynamic subtitles, and integrating simple motion graphics.
- A keen eye for pacing, visual aesthetics, and social media platform specifications (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts).
- A proactive attitude and the ability to follow a detailed creative brief.
COMPENSATION:
This is a freelance role, and you will be paid on a per-video basis. As the brand grows, your weekly volume and earning potential will grow with it.
