JOB OVERVIEW

We are based in Melbourne Australia. We are looking for a highly disciplined and hardworking Junior Consultant/Appointment Setter to join our growing education consultancy team. This is a high-volume outbound calling role. We are not looking for “talent”. We are looking for hardworking, consistency, discipline, and commitment.

Your Role
• Follow structured call scripts
• Qualify students according to their suitability
• Book qualified appointments for Senior Consultants
• Handle objections calmly and professionally
• Follow up consistently until contact is made

This is a performance-based role. Only committed individuals should apply.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
• Speaks clear, neutral English (minimal accent)
• Has strong phone confidence
• Is mentally strong and not easily discouraged
• Is comfortable with repetitive work
• Is available 20-40 hours a week
• Wants long-term growth
