Your role is to stay on top of the process and make sure nothing breaks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Calling new leads as soon as they come in
Booking leads who haven’t scheduled yet
Confirming appointments and setting expectations
Calling again ~1 hour before the call
Keeping CRM updates clean and accurate
Staying consistent during US hours + weekends
What You’ll Get:

Who This Role Is For:
You speak clear, confident English
You’ve done calling, support, or appointment setting before
You’re comfortable working US time zones
You can reliably cover weekends
You don’t need constant direction — you follow systems well
You take pride in doing things properly, every time
