Role Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, high-execution Event Coordinator to help us plan and operate events across the U.S. and globally.

This role is ideal for someone who can own logistics, manage partners, and execute high-quality experiences — from 20-person private dinners to 200+ curated rooms and large-scale activations.

What You’ll Do

Plan and execute AHN events, including:
Asian Heritage Week (LA, NYC, SF + global cities)
Economic Summits and conferences
Private curated dinners (20–50 attendees)
Brand and community activations
Coordinate logistics: venue, vendors, run-of-show, guest lists
Manage on-site execution and ensure smooth event operations
Work with sponsors and partners to fulfill deliverables
Support speaker and VIP coordination (founders, executives, policymakers)
Collaborate with marketing team on promotion and attendee experience
Track budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting

What We’re Looking For

1–4+ years of experience in event planning, operations, or coordination
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple events and timelines at once
Strong communication skills (vendors, partners, internal team)
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Bonus: experience with brand activations, community events, or conferences
Bonus: network of venues, vendors, or event partners
