JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing European e-commerce brand selling across Amazon EU, ---------- and other marketplaces, supported by a main warehouse in the Netherlands and multiple external fulfillment networks (FBA & LVB).

We are looking for a structured and hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator / Specialist to own replenishment execution, shipment coordination, and inventory control.

This is NOT an admin role.
This is a planning, execution and control role.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute replenishment to FBA and LVB from our NL main warehouse
• Balance stock across external warehouses while protecting main warehouse levels
• Plan based on daily sales velocity, stock on hand, and incoming inventory
• Prioritize fast restocking of out-of-stock SKUs
• Create and manage FBA shipments in Seller Central (box & pallet)
• Coordinate shipments with our fulfillment partner and carriers
• Manage pallet bookings via Amazon Freight
• Support AGL container planning where relevant
• Maintain shipment tracking and PO planning in Airtable
• Allocate order line quantities across containers (manual allocation)
• Organize and upload shipping documents accurately
• Maintain clear inbound visibility at all times

Requirements:

• 2–4+ years experience with Amazon FBA operations
• Strong understanding of replenishment planning and inventory flow
• Experience with international freight and warehouse coordination
• Strong Airtable / spreadsheet skills
• High attention to detail and structured working style
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Note: LVB is a Dutch fulfillment platform. Prior experience with LVB is not required, as we will train you.
