Your job is to step in at the right
No chaos.
No random tasks.
Just a clear role that works when you work it.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Calling warm leads right after they come in
Booking leads who haven’t scheduled yet
Confirming appointments and setting expectations
Calling again ~1 hour before the appointment
Keeping CRM notes clean and up to date
Working consistently during US time zones + weekends
