ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-performance phone-based role inside a real estate and mortgage business.
This is NOT:
an admin job
a chat support role
a side job
Phone work is the core of this position.
You will:
Call new inbound buyer leads within 1–3 minutes
Follow up with warm and aged CRM leads
Make 80–120 outbound calls daily
Reactivate old leads who previously showed interest
Set buyer consultation appointments
Push clients to complete a mortgage application BEFORE the appointment
Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
Log all activity accurately in CRM
IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE RULE
Appointments without a completed application are NOT considered success.
Your job is NOT just to set appointments.
Your job is to move clients toward completing a mortgage application.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $400/month
Performance bonuses:
Per client who ATTENDS the appointment
Per completed mortgage application (application + docs submitted)
Per closed transaction
Expected earnings after 60 days for a strong performer:
$1,200–$2,000+/month
SCHEDULE
- Monday to Friday
- Fixed schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Pacific Time
Includes:
- 30-minute lunch break
- Two 10-minute paid breaks
Daily structure:
- 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM ? Work
- 11:30 AM – 11:40 AM ? Break
- 11:40 AM – 2:10 PM ? Work
- 2:10 PM – 2:40 PM ? Lunch
- 2:40 PM – 4:10 PM ? Work
- 4:10 PM – 4:20 PM ? Break
- 4:20 PM – 6:00 PM ? Work
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM ? KPI Reporting & CRM Updates
You must be online and ready at exactly 9:00 AM Pacific Time.
Incomplete KPI reporting will be considered a performance issue.

REQUIREMENTS
Excellent spoken English (clear, confident, no heavy accent)
Strong phone presence (you must sound natural and in control)
Experience in cold calling, sales, or real estate ISA is preferred
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Fast learner and coachable
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Minimum 100 Mbps internet
Backup internet required
Quiet workspace
Quality headset
All calls and messages must go through CRM
