JOB OVERVIEW

Email Marketing + Social Media + Content Creation

We’re a growing Australian eCommerce marketing agency, and we’re looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who has hands-on experience with email marketing, content creation and social media — and is ready to step into a long-term role where you can grow.

About The Role

You’ll be working across multiple eCommerce brands helping bring campaigns, emails and content to life.

This is an execution-focused role — but we also want someone who can think, not just follow instructions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
Build and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo
Set up and manage flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase etc.)
QA all emails before sending (links, formatting, mobile responsiveness)
Basic segmentation and list management
Social Media & Content
Create content for Instagram (Reels, carousels, static posts)
Edit short-form videos using CapCut
Design graphics using Canva
Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, ads)
Campaign & Creative Support
Assist with Meta ad creatives (visuals + basic copy)
Upload and schedule content
Follow content calendars and bring ideas to life
Support campaign launches and promotions

Requirements (Must Have)
Experience building EDMs in Klaviyo
Strong Canva design skills
Experience editing videos in CapCut
Good understanding of social media content (Reels, hooks, trends)
Strong attention to detail (this is critical)
Good written English for emails and captions
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with Kajabi
Experience with Meta Ads Manager
Basic understanding of eCommerce marketing
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, image tools, etc.)
Previously worked with Australian brands or agencies
