We run a high-growth online platform that converts web traffic into paying customers using a mix of live sales reps and AI-assisted workflows. We're doing six figures monthly and scaling fast. We need a Sales Operations Manager to own the entire live sales function - the team, the systems, the numbers. You'll report directly to the founder.
You'll manage a team of sales reps who handle live customer conversations. Your job is to make them better, make the operation bigger, and make the numbers go up. Specifically:
- Hire, train, schedule, and hold reps accountable
- Own the full conversation-to-conversion funnel - first message to paid customer
- Analyze conversation logs, build scripts and playbooks, and push conversion rates up week over week
- Scale the team as traffic grows without letting conversion quality drop
- Track and report key metrics: conversion rate, revenue per rep, response times, conversations handled
- Build SOPs and training materials so new hires ramp fast
- Coordinate with the ads team on traffic volume, audience quality, and timing
You:
- 2+ years managing a sales or customer-facing team (not just individual contributor experience)
- You think in conversion rates, not vibes - decisions backed by data
- Strong written English
- You build systems and enforce them
- Comfortable with remote async tools
- Available for set working hours - this is a real full-time role, not freelance
Big Plus
- Experience with AI-assisted sales workflows or hybrid human/AI operations
- Track record of measurably improving conversion rates
- Experience managing remote teams across time zones
Compensation
- 78,500PHP/mo starting base (~$1,300 USD), adjusted for experience
